Manufacturing Process
Constructed from high-quality materials, the Cat7 SFTP Cable uses pure bare copper wire with a diameter of 0.58 ± 0.005 mm and 21AWG gauge. The cable jacket is made from PVC CMR, ensuring flame retardance. The cable's outer diameter is 7.60 ± 0.50 mm, and it has a maximum installation tension of 110 N with a bend radius of 32.4 mm. Tested with the Fluke DSX-8000 cable analyzer, it guarantees reliable performance. The operating temperature ranges from -20 to 75°C, with an installation temperature range of -10 to 50°C. Packaged without tangles, it is convenient to use right out of the box.
